Our commitment to professional integrity
AREA is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in forensic economics and vocational rehabilitation. All members are required to adhere to our Code of Ethics and professional standards, which ensure:
Impartiality & Objectivity Members provide unbiased, evidence-based testimony and analysis
Professional Competence Ongoing education and skill development requirements
Transparency & Honesty Clear disclosure of qualifications, methods, and limitations
Conflict of Interest Management Proper disclosure and avoidance of conflicts
Members who violate ethical standards may face disciplinary action including suspension or revocation of membership and certifications.
